JOB SUMMARY
The primary function of this role is to provide administrative support to the Corporate Sales staff. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and will require a close working relationship with all Corporate sales staff in all divisions.
This job requires the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment with a focus towards administration, organization, reporting, data management and customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Ø Provide complete administrative support services for the Corporate Sales staff.
Ø Attend the Weekly Meetings and take minutes.
Ø Generate reports consistently on a weekly and monthly basis or as needed.
Ø Data entry into Excel and various documents.
Ø Oversee preparations for bids and meetings.
Ø Assist sales staff in preparing bid drawings and preparing bid proposals.
Ø Preparing and providing information for pre-qualifications from general contractors.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS

Ø High school diploma or GED is required.
Ø 3+ years of previous administrative experience is required.
Ø Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus.
Ø Significant knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, and particularly Excel) applications is required.
Ø Demonstration of a positive attitude is required.
Ø Ability to think strategically, make sound decisions, and produce accurate and timely results is required.
